Alex Blue, (Alexander Bormann), born on the 03.05.1971 in Grimma (Germany), moved already at the age of 12 (at that time still with his father) through the disco land. Now he pursues his own advertising agency and production agency with a connected record label (AMJ-Records) and a music publisher (AMJ-Music). In addition, he produces his own project Alex B. and is also a cofounder and producer of the successful German dance project "AMJ" (Alex B. meets John P.), which is also a production of Alex B.
With his first single "Together" he became well known in the beginning of 2003 throughout Germany. In September of the year 2003 the boys delivered their second single "Enjoy Your Dreams" which emerged to a hitwonder of the summer. The song "Enjoy Your Dreams" developed itself to a hitwonder more or less on its own and nowadays it is not possible to imagine the music charts without this song. The number stayed for a period of time of 6 weeks in the top 50. Furthermore the boys also conquered the DMC and charts ODC as well as the DJ's top 40 because the remix parcel is also remarkable. Names like Noémi and DJ Happy Vibes are self-explanatory ...especially "Enjoy Your Dreams". The single was published on the 17.11.2003 as a Maxi CD and vinyl over ZYX-Music throughout Europe.
Their third publication "Never Let This Record Stop" (with Vocals of Angela Blackfield) appeared in April 2004 over ZYX-Music with remixes from the Future Mind and DJ Happy Vibes. This number positioned itself in the German dance and disco charts like its forerunner on a very high position (GDP: Place 15, ODC-40: Place 25, DMC: Place 26, DJ's top 40: Place 22, ECC: Place 27). The number got even into the Sunshine Live - listener's charts right away on place 17 and it was also able to stay there for a long period of time. "Never Let This Record Stop" is available since the 28.06.2004 as a Maxi CD and vinyl everywhere in trade.
After this last common, very successful production "Never Let This Record Stop" in 2004 the way of "Alex B." (Alexander Bormann) and "John P." (Patrick John) separated. From this point Alexander Bormann published several successful productions with his solo project "Alex B." Now Alexander Bormann, the former finalist of the RTL show "Germany seeks the superstar", Judith Burmeister, brought into the studio. Under the name of Alex B. and Judith, the first single, What Could Be Better, was produced. What Could Be Better was top 30 in all major dance charts. After this success appears 2014 the new single, Sound Of Summer. The Singles love again and Siesta were 2014 and 2015 successfully. Both titles were talking about 10 weeks in the Top 20 of the Dance Charts.
Now appears under Alex Blue the new single, Dance. As in Siesta, with the support of Systems in Blue, the boys, the former already sang the choirs of Modern Talking.
